Job summary

Strava is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Security Engineering to own the strategy and execution of the corporate security program. Reporting to the CISO, you will lead a lean engineering team securing Strava's internal environment while enabling secure growth.

This is a highly technical leadership role with a long-term roadmap, balancing in-house work and strategic partnerships to strengthen security without slowing business velocity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and operating enterprise security programs in cloud-first environments.
• 3+ years leading security engineering teams, coaching engineers while staying hands-on.
• Proven ability to influence executives with risk-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise security roadmap for identity, endpoint, email, network and SaaS security.
• Lead a small team of enterprise security engineers with a culture of excellence and ownership.
• Stay hands-on by designing, building, and configuring security capabilities with your team.
• Build an operating model balancing in-house work with strategic partners and vendor accountability.
• Architect and evolve identity and access management including SSO, MFA, privileged access, and Zero Trust.
• Secure enterprise environments through architecture, hardening, and automation of endpoints, networking, and SaaS.
• Develop strategies for AI security, data security, vulnerability management, and continuous hardening.
• Partner with IT, Legal, People, Workplace to enable secure-by-default experiences.
• Coordinate with Detection & Response during security incidents.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and outcomes to the CISO and leadership.
