Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations and leadership within large banking or financial services.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconciliation functions across cash, clearing, suspense, and balance sheet accounts.
• Oversee certification quality, attestation processes, and aging item management.
• Drive governance, controls, and alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Manage teams with daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation activities.
• Implement SOPs, best practices, and continuous process improvements.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Finance on reviews.
