Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Management System (QMS) to lead the enterprise QMS in alignment with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. You will drive governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience.
The role requires 12+ years in QMS roles, 5+ years of leadership, and hands-on IATF 16949/ISO 9001 expertise. Regular onsite engagement is expected at our Phoenix, AZ site.

The Senior Manager, Quality Management System (QMS) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and leading Lucid's enterprise-level Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role drives cross-functional governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and systemic quality excellence across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience.
Regular onsite engagement is required to support governance activities, audits, process reviews, and strategic quality initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
