Job summary

Kforce Inc in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Manager Enterprise Network to lead a team of senior network professionals and drive modernization across a large-scale enterprise. You will partner with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable networking solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategic direction, and accountability, with occasional after-hours work as major initiatives unfold.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience/education.
• CCNP or CCIE certifications are a plus.
• Extensive enterprise networking experience with hands-on engineering or architecture background.
• Experience leading senior Network Engineers or Architects.
• Strong experience with Cisco enterprise networking technologies.
• SD-WAN and enterprise network modernization; Cisco Meraki experience preferred.
• Experience supporting M&A network integrations preferred.
• Knowledge of firewall technologies; Fortinet experience is helpful.
• Experience with routing, DNS, IP addressing, segmentation and re-IP initiatives.
• Experience with cloud and/or data center migration initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Infrastructure and business leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of senior-level Network Engineers and Architects.
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, firewalls, DNS, IP addressing, and segmentation.
• Support mergers and acquisitions network integration efforts.
• Lead and support modernization of branch networking and SD-WAN technologies.
• Partner with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Server teams on large-scale migrations.
• Provide leadership around network security, segmentation and firewall strategy.
• Oversee network change management processes and ensure proper planning and execution.
• Evaluate the current network organization and staffing requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and empower engineers to own their areas.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend work on network changes and initiatives.
