Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, coordinates, organizes, and assigns work for current and future IT areas.
• Plan hardware/software upgrades, migrations and new implementations with documentation.
• Analyze problems from an enterprise perspective and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate hardware/software to ensure long-range integration and compatibility.
• Ensure staff are qualified, trained, productive, and accountable.
• Develops strategies to increase productivity and customer service in alignment with IS plan.
• Ensure security and integrity of information, systems, applications, and directory services.
• Provide timely updates to leadership, stakeholders and customers with status reports.
