7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Enterprise Data Platform team, overseeing the cloud infrastructure and analytics platform on Azure + Databricks. You will manage day-to-day delivery, set the multi-year vision for data initiatives, and partner with key teams to design scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering management and cloud technologies, contributing to the data product-driven applications at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional experience in software or data engineering.
• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams, including hybrid models.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure and observability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple engineering pods.
• Set multi-year vision for the data platform and roadmap.
• Partner with Data Architects on scalable pipeline design.
• Drive cost attribution and chargeback for data initiatives.
• Lead change management for new data tools and initiatives.
