POSITION SUMMARY:

The role will have primary responsibility for all aspects of enterprise reporting including commercial, medical affairs, and finance. This role is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of all cross-functional dashboards and reports across the functions including marketing and sales force organizations. This also includes responsibility for visualizing and creating comprehensive reporting on brand performance insights across a portfolio of products by sourcing, manipulating, analyzing, and integrating insights from various cross-functional teams. This role will be responsible for both front-end visualization and back-end data integration and management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Design, develop, manage, and maintain dashboards across Lundbeck portfolio of products.
  2. Have primary responsibility for the implementation of reporting strategy across the portfolio of products.
  3. Gather business requirements and translate them to functional requirements by collaborating across functions to develop the data needs and support various functions in integrating these data assets into the warehouse.
  4. Leverage syndicated, secondary market data for performance reporting. Identify, develop, monitor, and track KPIs for various marketing promotional channels including sales force driven metrics to better reach and serve the physicians and patients in need.
  5. Build a comprehensive visual story by representing these KPIs for actionable insights.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for goal setting for performance and activity metrics and build the data and visualization platforms to track and monitor actuals to goals.
  7. Leverage various innovative and novel technologies such as generative AI to enhance reporting agility and capability.
  8. Communicate with various internal stakeholders across all levels of management and provide timely, actionable intelligence that influences strategic business decision making.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:

  1. 5+ years of experience in business intelligence reporting.
  2. Hands-on knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, and PowerBI.
  3. Database access (e.g. SQL, snowflake) knowledge.
  4. High proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
  5. Demonstrated ability and expertise in manipulating, analyzing complex data, and visualizing data via standard tools, automated processes, and charting methods.
  6. Demonstrated strong process planning and organizational skills.
  7. Self-learner, strong critical thinker, and problem-solving capability.
  8. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Access/PowerPoint).
  9. Ability to work independently and complete deadlines without direct authority and navigate in an ambiguous environment and agility to adapt to changing priorities of the organization.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:

  1. Previous experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industries.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in prescription commercial data processes and reporting analytics.
  3. Experience with media agencies, data partners, and analytics consultants to onboard data & analytics services.
  4. Deep understanding of pharma commercial data and application, including digital media data, promotional data, and patient-level data at the most granular level.
  5. Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent web analytics platform.
  6. Able to identify best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

TRAVEL:

Willingness/Ability to travel up to 10% domestically. International travel may be required.

The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $140,000 - $165,000 and eligibility for a 15% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company’s long-term incentive plan. Benefits for this position include flexible paid time off (PTO), health benefits to include Medical, Dental, and Vision, and company match 401k.
