Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Technology Leader in Indianapolis to lead a 4–8 person team and shape the architecture and roadmap for enterprise applications. You will partner across Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement and Technology to deliver scalable business solutions, improve processes, and align IT with business goals.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable results in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing or maintaining business applications in supply chain, manufacturing, or related environments.
• 2+ years of people-management experience and proven leadership of technical teams.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP/WMS/TMS/CRM/SCM/OMS or related operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of 4–8 developers and engineers.
• Shape strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmaps for enterprise apps.
• Improve systems and processes across supply chain, manufacturing, and operations.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement and Technology leaders to deliver solutions.
• Evaluate technologies to boost efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and professional services.
• Oversee design, configuration, maintenance, and delivery of applications.
• Align technology strategies with business needs and compliance requirements.
