Job summary

Vantage Point Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead a team of developers and engineers responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise business applications.

This role reports to senior IT leadership and drives application strategy, architecture, operational execution, vendor management and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technical teams and enterprise applications within supply chain,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or maintaining business applications.
Experience within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or related environments.
2+ years of people-management experience.
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–8 developers and engineers.
Establish strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap for enterprise applications.
Oversee application design, configuration, development, maintenance, support, and delivery.
Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Technology teams to deliver business solutions.
Manage team priorities, workflows, KPIs, budgets, headcount, project estimates, and leadership reporting.
Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements to increase productivity and service quality.
Evaluate, select, procure, and implement enterprise applications and technology solutions.
Manage software vendors, service providers, contracts, negotiations, support, and professional-services engagements.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
Ensure application solutions align with business and customer requirements.
Drive technology initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 14001.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on application architecture and enterprise technology decisions.
