Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Client Procurement Services. This remote role, preferred in the Eastern or Central Time Zone, focuses on the growth and retention of Entegra’s largest client, supporting financial targets through strategic planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Focus

• Promote a client-centric culture, exceeding client needs and satisfaction by actively listening, identifying needs, and providing solutions.
• Understand clients' business priorities, values, and goals to tailor services effectively.

Technical, Business, and Financial Acumen

• Implement Entegra strategies to maximize client and company value via supply management contracts.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize activities.
• Oversee financial performance within client profiles, interpreting financial models to support ROI activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients, delivering business reviews and supporting program implementation.

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Manage large datasets using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support client programs.

Project Management

• Plan resources and manage projects efficiently to ensure successful completion.

Sales Orientation

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, overcoming resistance professionally.
