Job description

Role Overview

Entegra is seeking aSenior Manager Entegra Data Analytics to join their growing team. We are looking for candidates with a strong background and understanding of GPO’s, Supply Chain, and data Analytics, specifically in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, leisure, and/or entertainment).

This is a virtual role and the preferred candidate will reside on the East Coast.

What You'll Do
  • Initiate/Manage RFP Lifecycle for Entegra RFP Involvement: project manage Entegra’s involvement in Sodexo-driven RFPs from Entegra discovery and requirements, RFP execution, pricing analysis, activation, and success KPI tracking.
  • Lead Entegra-Driven RFPs: where requirements, category gaps, or data suggest an Entegra-driven RFP; project manage the package of information needed to insert this RFP into Sodexo’s RFP/IMT calendar.
  • Success KPIs: establish KPIs and mechanisms to track RFP success KPIs and report regularly to leadership on pending, active, and executed RFPs/contracts where Entegra volume has been committed and sales/revenue against those commitments.

What You Bring
  • Experience in the Foodservice/Hospitality Industry specifically working knowledge of Group Purchasing Organization (this is a must have).
  • Extensive knowledge and 5+ years’ experience working in Supply Chain (this is a must have).
  • Experience utilizing data to uncover gaps, opportunities – using data to help convey growth opportunities and/or gaps.
  • Strong project management skills and superb attention to detail. The ability and willingness to generate new ideas to improve work efficiencies, productivity, and solutions. Demonstrated understanding of business process development and improvement initiatives.
  • The ability to effectively resolve problems working in a complex, multi-functional environment.
  • The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable alternative solutions to questions or problems, and elevate the consequences of choosing each alternative.
  • The ability to plan resource requirements to ensure successful completion of designated projects and to effectively manage time to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Ability to multi-task various projects and balance priorities; work independently with little to no supervision. Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization in a collaborative way. The ability to explain technical data to both subject matter experts and non-experts.
  • Strong sense of customer focus, both internal and external, and understanding of the importance of the customer’s voice. This includes seeking to meet customer needs quickly and effectively.
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PPT.
