Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead complex energy customer programs in the United States.

You will ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor teams across functions to deliver results. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in energy or building automation programs, ESPC/EPC delivery, and strong stakeholder management.

The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $213,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, subject to applicable plan terms and company policies.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within the energy or building automation sector with ESPC or EPC delivery models
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to manage complex customer programs
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align programs with business goals
• Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including risk management and issue resolution
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
