Job summary

Honeywell Building Automation is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex energy customer programs in the United States. The role requires steering programs within scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with strategic objectives and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will mitigate risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report performance metrics to senior leadership, contributing to Honeywell’s focus on innovation and efficiency in building

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program management or related roles in energy or building automation with ESPC/EPC delivery models.
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience aligning programs with business goals and risk mitigation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $213,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, subject to applicable plan terms and company policies.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within the energy or building automation sector with ESPC or EPC delivery models
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to manage complex customer programs
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align programs with business goals
  • Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including risk management and issue resolution
  • Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
