Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, economics, technology or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience and advisory/consulting background.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle and multi-workstream transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment through value realization.
• Redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, payment and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including org structure, governance, capabilities, service delivery, data and technology.
• Develop procurement technology strategies and roadmaps across source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation and responsible AI to procurement processes and decisions.
• Lead multi-workstream programs, managing scope, staffing, economics, quality, risks and client experience.
• Advise senior stakeholders with practical recommendations, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Support opportunity development, proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
