Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, business, finance, engineering, economics, technology).
• 10+ years of procurement experience.
• Significant advisory/consulting experience with external clients.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream procurement transformations.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement initiatives.
• Familiarity with major source-to-pay platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication and client relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment to value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, payment and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including organization, governance and data/tech.
• Develop procurement technology strategies across source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation and AI to procurement decisions.
• Lead multi-workstream programs with client and team management responsibilities.
• Advise senior stakeholders and translate issues into practical recommendations and roadmaps.
• Support opportunity development, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
