Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain & Operations team helps clients transform procurement into a strategic driver of enterprise value. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advise senior client stakeholders and help clients achieve measurable savings, resilience and sustainable business outcomes.

You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Ten+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience advising external clients.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience managing multi-workstream procurement transformation engagements.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement initiatives.
• Familiarity with leading procurement platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment through value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including governance and data technology.
• Develop procurement technology strategies and roadmaps across source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation and AI to procurement decisions.
• Lead multi-workstream programs with scope, staffing, economics, and risk.
• Advise senior stakeholders and translate issues into practical roadmaps and business cases.
• Support opportunity development, proposals and negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify account growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
