Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain & Operations team helps clients transform procurement into a strategic driver of enterprise value. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advise senior client stakeholders and help clients achieve measurable savings, resilience and sustainable business outcomes.

You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience advising external clients.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience leading multi-workstream procurement transformations.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement transformations.
• Familiarity with leading P2P platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication and client leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel; able to work in-person up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment through value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across category management and contracting.
• Design procurement operating models including governance and data/tech.
• Develop procurement technology strategies across source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation, and responsible AI to procurement.
• Lead multi-workstream programs, managing scope, staffing, and risks.
• Advise senior stakeholders with practical recommendations and roadmaps.
• Support business development, proposals, and negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and drive account growth.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
