You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving Oscar Health's physical workplace and culture strategy to create an environment where employees feel valued, inspired, and empowered to do their best work. This role intersects both strategy and execution, overseeing workplace operations across multiple locations, leading a cross‑functional team to ensure seamless day‑to‑day services, and drives high‑impact cultural initiatives and events that foster connection, engagement, and a strong sense of belonging. You are a strategic, hands‑on leader who thrives at the intersection of facilities management, employee engagement, and culture‑building.
You will report into the Head of Talent Engagement.
This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in‑office work per week. Thursdays are a required in‑office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role is: $135,792 - $178,227 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
