10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
Proven experience in embedded Linux, IoT, and cloud-connected systems.
Strong Agile leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term software architecture strategy across product platforms.
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to translate market needs into platform modules.
Ensure robust delivery of embedded Linux apps (C/C++, Qt), IoT connectivity (MQTT), and cloud APIs; lead secure DevOps.
Lead Agile practices, manage roadmaps, releases, and quality metrics; align software with hardware milestones.
Drive AI adoption and integration into product software with governance and guardrails.
Develop engineers, manage budgets, and build a high-performing team.
