Walmart seeks a Senior Manager for Business Analysis and Insights - Tax, Withholdings & Garnishments in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise earnings compliance initiatives, including tax reporting, withholdings, garnishments, liens, and independent contractor payment operations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Tax, Legal, Finance, and Compliance leaders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities and business processes.
• Drive analytics, KPI development, automation, and AI-powered innovation to improve earnings accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance outcomes.
• Influence product roadmaps and investment decisions through data-driven insights, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end business readiness activities, including requirements definition, UAT strategy and execution, defect governance, deployment oversight, and successful production launch.
