Qualifications

• 7+ years in E-Commerce & Marketplace strategy with measurable results.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing a marketing/ecommerce team.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce web, SEO, email, and KPI reporting.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of e-commerce across website, digital marketing, and marketplaces.
• Develop and coordinate promotional plans, timing, offers, and product priorities.
• Manage relationships with Amazon and other marketplace partners to drive growth.
• Oversee customer service leadership and optimize the customer experience.
• Direct digital marketing efforts to align paid media and campaigns with priorities.
• Use reporting tools to evaluate performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
