Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Systems Engineering to own the Enterprise Quality Management System and lead the Digital Quality Management System development. You will guide governance, data ownership, and the audit program while coordinating with software, IT, and manufacturing teams to drive systemic improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in quality engineering or quality systems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise Quality Management System end to end.
• Lead the Digital Quality Management System development and roadmap.
• Own internal audit schedule and registrar/customer audits.
• Drive corrective actions to systemic closure.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to embed quality requirements.
