Jobtailor is seeking a Privacy Technology Lead in Charlotte to partner with Privacy, Product, Technology, and Governance leaders in shaping the enterprise privacy tooling roadmap. You will drive end-to-end integration and delivery of strategic third-party privacy tech solutions, defining data flows, controls, and automation opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required; U.S. work eligibility.

Responsibilities

Partner with Privacy, Product, Technology, and Governance leaders to define and evolve the privacy tooling roadmap and operating model.
Lead end-to-end integration and delivery of strategic third-party privacy tech solutions.
Define integration requirements, data flows, controls, and operational processes; identify automation opportunities.
Drive program execution across multiple workstreams with risk, timeline, and stakeholder management.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors on design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Establish governance processes, operating procedures, and performance metrics for privacy tooling.
Provide senior stakeholders with status updates, decisions, risks, and rollout plans.
Drive change management and adoption for rollout and operationalization; align with Agile teams to prioritize capabilities.
Monitor trends and vendor capabilities to inform roadmap decisions.

Partner with Privacy, Product, Technology, and Governance leaders to define and evolve the enterprise Privacy tooling roadmap and operating model
Lead end-to-end integration, implementation, and delivery of strategic third-party Privacy technology solutions
Define integration requirements, data flows, controls, and operational processes; identify automation opportunities
Drive program execution across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications
Gather requirements and define use cases, translating business needs into scalable Privacy technology capabilities
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors on solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Establish governance processes, operating procedures, and performance metrics for Privacy tooling
Provide senior stakeholders with program status, key decisions, risks, and implementation updates
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement for rollout, adoption, and operationalization
Partner with Agile delivery teams to prioritize capabilities and manage delivery backlogs
Monitor industry trends, vendor capabilities, and emerging Privacy technology solutions to inform roadmap decisions

Requirements

3+ years of demonstrated excellence in leading teams delivering technology-driven business solutions across the enterprise
Highly organized and self-motivated individual
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions and processes to a wide variety of audiences
Knowledge of the global privacy landscape, and/or the web and digital advertising ecosystem is a plus
Ability to discover and design scalable solutions and processes, and lead implementation of those processes across a matrixed environment
Confidence in decision-making in complex and ambiguous situations; comfortable troubleshooting and aligning conflicting interests
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, or engineering
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship
