The Senior Manager, Digital Media will strategize and optimize Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Display channels to meet Walmart's business goals. The role involves leading forecasting processes, creating data-driven strategies, and developing new channel capabilities. You should be able to align digital strategies with business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and have strong skills in data analysis, performance reporting, and budget management. You will report to a Group Director, Digital Media.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 3 years’ experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
Experience in digital marketing (e.g., affiliate marketing, display advertising), leading cross-functional teams, and retail or digital analytics. For example, 7+ years in performance media, 3+ years leading cross-functional teams, and 2+ years in Retail or eCommerce Analytics.
