The Corning Museum of Glass is seeking a senior leader to shape the digital visitor experience across online, on-site, and post-visit touchpoints. You will own strategy, build the team, and partner with technical and content experts to deliver measurable impact.

Based in Corning, NY, this hybrid role requires a track record in digital strategy, UX, and cross-functional leadership within a cultural or visitor-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in digital experience, digital product, or UX strategy roles.
• Ownership of a visitor-facing digital strategy with measurable results.
• Strong grounding in UX, service design, and journey mapping.
• Experience managing digital platforms (CMS, ticketing, mobile apps, CRM) and dashboards.
• Track record of test-measure-iterate processes and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Set the digital visitor experience strategy across online presence, on-site tech, and digital collections.
• Own technical delivery of website, ticketing, pre-visit, and member experiences.
• Lead a small team and manage vendor partnerships to scale capacity.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and feedback loops to measure initiative success.
• Collaborate with MarCom, curatorial, education, and IT to align priorities across departments.
