Job summary

Inverto North America, backed by BCG, is seeking a Project Manager in Digital, Data, and AI to turn insights into actionable strategies for procurement and supply chain clients. You will lead end-to-end analytics projects, shaping advisory delivery and stakeholder engagement with senior executives.

You will mentor teams, drive new offerings, and help scale innovative AI solutions across engagements, while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive project outcomes.
• Strong experience with data analysis, visualisation, and transformation tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel), plus Python for analytics or AI workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern data ecosystems.
• Practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to translate complex problems into scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and AI projects across procurement and supply chain.
• Engage with digital IT and business leadership; lead senior client meetings and workshops.
• Turn data into decisions with analytical solutions from data pipelines to predictive models.
• Shape the evolution of Data Analytics & AI and develop new offerings and reusable assets.
• Contribute to winning new work through proposals and client pitches; mentor junior members.
• Build internal knowledge assets and shape the D&A community within the firm.
