Inverto North America, backed by BCG, is building a high-growth Data, Analytics & AI practice in the United States. We seek leaders who can translate data and AI insights into strategic client outcomes across procurement and supply chain engagements.

You will shape the direction of analytics initiatives, lead senior client conversations, and drive measurable business impact while growing a fast‑growing team and developing reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage teams.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel; Python for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI engagements for procurement and supply chain.
• Translate workshop insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Design analytics solutions from data pipelines to AI tools.
• Mentor junior team members and scale internal assets.
