Job summary

Inverto North America, backed by BCG, is seeking a Senior Consultant to turn data and AI into actionable procurement insights. You’ll work with clients to implement digital solutions, mentor teammates, and shape strategy in a fast-growing practice within a center of excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with procurement professionals, gain exposure to C-level thinking, and take ownership of meaningful workstreams while advancing your own skills in AI and analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics, consulting, or data-driven roles with core analysis and visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Master’s preferred.
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation; Azure/Power Platform experience.
• Curiosity about modern AI technologies (LLMs, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks).
• Ability to translate complex business problems in procurement and supply chain into scalable analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, creative, and pragmatic problem-solving skills; consulting mindset to influence clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; entrepreneurial, teamwork-oriented spirit.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-based, client-facing workstreams and modules to create measurable value.
• Collaborate with procurement professionals and gain exposure to C-level thinking.
• Guide junior colleagues and set pace for the team in a fast-growing practice.
• Develop dashboards, self-service reports, and analytics that drive decisions.
• Apply modern tech like Power Platform, Azure, Python, and GenAI to procurement challenges.
