Senior Manager, Digital Analytics - Remote

Responsibilities

• Establish measurement systems to track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for enterprise products, developing alert systems for performance issues.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business units, advocating for best practices in digital data.
• Lead a team of digital data analysts, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Utilize consumer insights and operational data to improve user experiences and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in consumer digital analytics, managing analytics lifecycle and transformation projects.
• 5+ years experience with Adobe Marketing Suite analytics tools.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, machine learning, and data optimization methods.
• Strong communication skills to engage with all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in digital or data analytics.
• Experience in change management and team impact.

Additional Information
