What The Project Management Department Does

Our project management combines operational rigor with therapeutic expertise, guiding project teams to deliver high quality, focusing on “doing it right the first time”. The team collaborates across scientific and therapeutic leadership, providing flexible, innovative solutions, with a focus on a specific therapeutic area to develop in-depth operational and scientific expertise.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
  • Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects to ensure successful trial completion.
  • Work with functional leads to identify issues, interpret data, make decisions, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet time, quality, and cost expectations.
  • Collaborate with Project Management Directors and other functional leads to meet customer/contract expectations.

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Experience managing projects in a multi-office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

Your Experience

  • 6-7 years' industry experience, with at least 5 years in Clinical Project Management within a CRO.
  • Experience with CNS (psychiatry focus) in a PM role is required.
  • Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and budgeting.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience managing CNS studies is required.
