Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive analytics products in the Pharmacy Benefit Manager space. You will partner with product owners and cross-functional teams from ideation through execution, shaping analytics product vision and scalable solutions for Caremark's PBM business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management
• 5+ years leading day-to-day product execution with Data Science/Engineering
• 3+ years working with SMEs to resolve ambiguous problems
• 3+ years experience with stakeholder management
• 3+ years driving outcomes in complex environments
• 2+ years building capabilities leveraging AI/ML or advanced analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science, engineering, and stakeholders
• Support engineering and data science teams by clarifying requirements and grounding in user needs
• Manage product backlog, plan ceremonies, and coordinate dependencies
• Champion a data-driven mindset and continuous improvement in product delivery
• Stay updated on analytics, AI/ML, and digital tech trends and identify opportunities to apply them
• Demonstrate executive communication and stakeholder alignment to drive adoption
• Evaluate new tools and methodologies to improve analytics delivery and insights
