Qualifications

• Three or more years in quantitative roles such as Pricing, Product/Marketing Analytics, or Economic Analysis.
• Proficiency in data processing and statistical analysis using SQL.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in data visualization using Microsoft Excel.
• Solid financial acumen, attention to detail, and strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Intellectual interest in banking and financial products, with an outside-in perspective.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and ability to work with partners across functions.
• Proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset, initiative, and adaptability to a startup mentality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Examine buyer balance flows, behaviors, and portfolio segmentation to recommend interest rate strategies and communicate key findings to leadership.
• Lead data-driven analytical efforts to uncover price elasticity insights.
• Implement pricing changes with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
• Control, prepare, and present materials in the regular Deposit Pricing discussion board to share insights on portfolio, competitor, and macroeconomic developments.
• Lead ongoing monitoring of the competitive peer set across products.
• Provide market pricing and benchmarking data from vendor partnerships and external sources; analyze promotional marketing campaign interest and macroeconomic signals.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed.
