Job summary

TileBar in New York seeks a Senior Manager of Demand Planning to lead a world-class planning function across 5,000+ SKUs, shaping supply chain strategy and partnering with Finance, Procurement, and Sales.

You will own top-down and bottom-up demand forecasting, drive SIOP cadence, set inventory targets, track KPIs, and translate insights for senior leadership to enable data-driven decisions. This role is 3 days onsite, 2 days remote in our Flatiron HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in statistical forecasting methods and demand modeling.
• Experience with BI and data visualization (Power BI).
• Experience with Excel and SQL for forecasting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own top-down and bottom-up demand forecasts by channel and product category.
• Reconcile unconstrained demand with item-level forecasts for a single demand view.
• Drive inputs informing inventory targets with item-level forecasts and service level assumptions.
• Track and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and stockouts; develop new metrics.
