Job summary

PwC seeks a Deals - Diligence Analytics Senior Manager to lead large data analytics projects for private equity and corporate clients across sectors. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that accelerate deal decisions and performance improvements.

You will guide teams, drive strategic solutions, and coach others while expanding your advisory influence within PwC's Deals practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 6 years of experience required.
Strong data analytics and modeling skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead complex data analysis projects for private equity and corporate clients.
Translate data into actionable insights across the deal lifecycle including diligence, post-deal, and exit prep.
Use Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau to enhance visualization and reporting.
Develop data quality improvements to ensure data integrity and security.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling to spot trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build trust with stakeholders.
Foster open conversations with teams and clients to drive strategic solutions.
Apply strategic questioning to anticipate stakeholder needs and propose solutions.
Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine strategies.
