Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive optimization and simulation models for an end-to-end Internalized Parcel network design. You will analyze parcel flows across fulfillment centers, sort centers, hubs, stores, and last-mile assets to uncover actionable insights.

Leveraging Python, SQL, and large-scale data, you will build scalable modeling frameworks, integrate multiple parcel flows into a single network view, and translate outputs into strategic recommendations for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years' analytics experience or a Master's with 3 years, or 7 years analytics experience.
• Strong data science, ML, and statistics background.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for scalable data solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics projects.
• Experience deploying scalable analytics systems and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics-related field; OR master's degree in one of these fields and 3 years' experience; OR 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field
• Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical methods
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience coding, testing, and deploying scalable data solutions
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytics projects
• Expertise in model assessment, tuning, and validation using industry-standard metrics and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and guiding technical development
• Solid understanding of business metrics and analytics
• Preferred: optimization models, Python, Spark, Scala, R, open-source frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Torch
• Preferred supervisory experience
• Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
