Inspire Brands in Atlanta seeks a Senior Manager, Data Science to guide professional staff across a focused set of data science initiatives. You will shape strategy, oversee multiple teams, and partner with business leaders to translate analytics into action.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, technical mentorship, and delivering results within a fast-paced environment. Onsite four days a week, you will drive growth through data-driven decisions and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM field with 4+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD in STEM with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience and experience managing multiple individual contributors.
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading technically-focused teams.

Job description

The Senior Manager, Data Science provides leadership to professional staff focused on a narrow range of work within a function (i.e., a job family). Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams, identifies and addresses complex technical, operational and/or organization challenges, and makes decisions guided by resource availability and functional objectives. Develops and implements tactical operational plans that align with business objectives.

This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Set annual goals for the team and execute; goals are the primary driver of BU/COE unit deliverables.
• Delegate resource assignment to managers and implement processes to ensure the right resources are assigned to the highest priority tasks; handle prioritization and business case creation.
• Strategically manage deliverables required from key functional units and produce annual roadmaps with partners.
• Lead and manage the team across multiple domains.
• Drive key strategy for the team, ensuring the team strategy informs Inspire Brands strategic direction (Growth Playbook).

Education & Experience

Minimum requirements: Master’s degree in a STEM field with 4+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD in a STEM field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
