Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM field with 4+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD in STEM with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience and experience managing multiple individual contributors.
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading technically-focused teams.

Responsibilities

• Set annual goals for the team and drive unit deliverables.
• Delegate resource assignment and prioritize tasks; build business cases for priorities.
• Strategically manage deliverables and produce annual roadmaps with partners.
• Lead and manage teams across multiple domains.
• Drive team strategy to inform Inspire Brands Growth Playbook.
