Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead Data Quality and Metadata within the Information Governance program. You will define enterprise standards for data quality, lineage, and cataloging, and enable domain teams with playbooks, tooling, and training.

You will partner with Data Stewards, Owners, and the platform owner to operationalize governance across structured and unstructured data, ensuring regulatory traceability and AI readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Quality, Metadata Management or Data Governance, including leadership.
• Deep knowledge of data quality frameworks (DAMA/DCAM/ISO 8000).
• Hands-on with DQM tools (Ataccama/Informatica/Collibra).
• Experience with both structured and unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Data Quality Frameworks, standards, and playbooks.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to data stewards and owners.
• Lead metadata and lineage standards across domains and platforms.
• Collaborate to operationalize Atlan as truth for metadata and lineage.
• Govern data quality, analytics, and regulatory metadata with stakeholders.
