Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading teams, coaching, and mentoring.
• 3+ years of experience managing managers.
• 10+ years in data center or mission critical facilities.
• 7+ years of project management incl. scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategic goals for CPI organization.
• Lead a team of managers and develop top performers.
• Own organizational delivery, prioritizing workload by impact.
• Define metrics to measure performance and drive decisions.
