Job summary

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams in data center or GPU-focused environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, and executives.
Deep knowledge of GPU architectures and software stacks (ROCm).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Application Engineers validating AMD GPU products in AI server platforms.
Oversee triage, debugging, and resolution of customer issues with internal teams.
Serve as primary escalation point for complex customer engineering challenges.
Advise Customers and ODM partners on AMD tools and validation methods.
Collaborate with ODM factory teams to develop manufacturing scripts and tests.
Create and review technical presentations and customer-facing documentation.
Oversee hardware resource allocation and onboarding for new hires.
