Job summary

Archer, collaborating with Oracle, seeks a Senior Manager, Data Architecture to lead data migration design and delivery for Veterans Affairs customers using Oracle Health EHR (Millennium).

You will manage a team of Technical Architects and Engineers, provide technical direction, and ensure solutions meet security, workflow, and program requirements across complex engagements. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience leading delivery teams, consulting, data migration or related roles.
• 2 years' experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
• BS or BA in related fields.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Must embrace change and have a proven track record of process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Architects and Engineers responsible for designing, building, validating, and executing data migration solutions.
• Provide oversight to project teams ensuring delivery meets business, technical, security, and client requirements.
• Provide effective situational leadership for escalations and delivery risks.
• Oversee data migration activities across consulting projects from planning to post-live stabilization.
• Drive alignment across engagement leaders, project managers, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Liaise with and support collaboration across Oracle Health and Federal Consulting teams.
• Lead cross-functional program management initiatives and coach team members.
