Lennar is seeking a Sr Manager, Cybersecurity to lead the GRC program within the Enterprise Security Office. You will own the strategic vision, build and manage a distributed team, and partner with Security Engineering, Architecture, Cyber Fusion Center, Internal Audit, and Legal to reduce enterprise risk.

You will translate technical risk into executive guidance, establish risk metrics, and drive AI-enabled improvements across workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, IT risk, or related field.
• 3+ years in formal leadership or people management.
• Experience building and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Strong ability to translate technical risk for executive audiences.
• Proven track record incorporating AI into workflows and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own the GRC strategy, roadmap, and operating framework aligned to enterprise risk and regulatory requirements.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, distributed team.
• Partner with Security Engineering, Architecture, Cyber Fusion Center, Internal Audit, and Legal to reduce risk.
• Translate risk and program status into executive-level reports and recommendations.
• Establish metrics to demonstrate continuous GRC improvement.
• Drive AI/automation adoption across workflows and reporting.
• Support mentorship and inclusive culture across teams.
