Lennar is seeking a Lead Security Analyst to guide the cybersecurity program for GRC, providing leadership across the team, shaping strategy, and ensuring protection against current and emerging threats.

You will develop the GRC framework, advise executives on risk, mentor staff, and partner with business units to align security with objectives. This senior role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity and strong regulatory familiarity.

Competenze

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with leadership focus
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance programs
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PCI, FFIEC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, GLBA
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, setting strategic direction and ensuring execution of initiatives
• Develop and maintain the GRC framework aligned with business objectives and industry standards
• Advise leadership on security risks and mitigation strategies
• Foster a culture of security awareness through training and education
• Mentor junior staff and present risk posture reports to risk management leadership
• Interact with business units to understand plans and risk posture and support them with security considerations
