Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing to drive cross-functional go-to-market plans across Brand and Sales teams. You will lead ICP alignment, develop national brand selling stories, and shape the 4P strategies to win at retail.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management to deliver growth and profitability, while communicating clearly with senior leadership and external partners. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CPG are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales, marketing, or business experience in the CPG industry.
Syndicated data experience (IRI, Nielsen, loyalty databases, etc.).
Experience presenting concepts to senior leadership.
Project management or consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive collaboration across functions and develop go-to-market strategy and execution plans.
Lead ICP alignment and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Brand teams.
Develop national Brand selling stories and toolkits to enable Sales to sell-in to customers.
Leverage internal forums to communicate key initiatives and expectations to the Sales team.
Develop long-term innovation pipeline and portfolio strategies aligned with category vision.
