Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the FIU Investigations team, overseeing AML and fraud cases involving cryptocurrency and digital assets. You will guide investigators, ensure high-quality dispositions, and shape programs around digital-asset monitoring and wallet screening.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Product to strengthen controls, while maintaining deep knowledge of evolving AML typologies and sanctions regimes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in AML and Fraud Compliance Investigations with 2+ years in a management role.
• Minimum 3 years in cryptocurrency-related AML monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of FIU Investigators evaluating AML and crypto-related alerts.
• Oversee digital-asset investigations, including on-chain flows and DeFi activity.
• Coach FIU staff to improve investigative quality and throughput.
• Design and enhance digital-asset monitoring and wallet-screening programs.
