Sales Planning & Forecast Management

Coordinate and manage the sales planning process across the organization. Lead forecasting governance, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accountability across regional teams. Partner with sales leaders and finance to identify forecast risks, opportunities, and required interventions. Drive executive reporting and leadership reviews related to bookings, pipeline, revenue performance, and forecast attainment. Support quarterly and annual target‑setting activities.

Cross‑Functional Program Management

Track and manage key CRO deliverables, commitments, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and high‑quality execution. Maintain visibility of dependencies, risks, decisions, and actions across the broader leadership team. Drive follow‑up and accountability for executive action items and business commitments.
