Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• Direct transactional credit experience (underwriting, workout, risk management, credit review or regulatory) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete transactional testing to assess client selection, underwriting quality, borrower monitoring, and risk ratings.
• Analyze portfolio composition to identify trends and risks and provide an opinion on portfolio quality.
• Participate in or lead Targeted Reviews to assess key risks in a portfolio or across portfolios.
• Identify gaps in credit policy, credit processes, and credit risk rating models.
• Communicate results to executive management, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective relationships across all three lines of defense.
