Capital One in Riverwoods, IL seeks a Senior Manager, Senior Counsel for Premium Products & Experiences Product Counsel to support the premium credit card business. You will advise on strategy, legal risk, and customer experiences while partnering with business teams and legal stakeholders.

You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment across Card Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications and the brand team, guiding complex initiatives with strong judgment and communication.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of a state bar.
• At least 5 years of attorney experience in law firm, government, military JAG, or in-house counsel.
• Preferred: 6+ years in consumer regulatory, financial services, or fintech contexts.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess legal risks for Capital One’s premium credit card business.
• Interpret laws, regulations and business requirements for business teams and legal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks and develop solutions.
• Advise on initiatives, marketing strategies and customer experiences while managing regulatory risk.
