  • Provides editorial guidance and support to Marketing Specialists, reinforcing their responsibility for developing initial program content while ensuring appropriate editorial review, consistency, and quality.
  • Supports executive communications through the research, writing, and editing of speeches, presentations, talking points, articles, correspondence, and other leadership communications.
  • Collaborates with the Visual Communications team to ensure effective integration of written content with graphic design, video, digital communications, and other creative assets.
  • Identifies opportunities to strengthen ACHC’s thought leadership through original articles, industry commentary, customer stories, speaking opportunities, and other content that demonstrates organizational expertise.
  • Establishes and continuously improves editorial workflows, including content intake, prioritization, review, fact-checking, approvals, and publication processes, in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Monitors relevant healthcare industry developments, accreditation trends, and media coverage to identify timely content opportunities and inform communications planning.
  • Provides writing, editing, and communications support for internal organizational announcements and employee communications as requested, in coordination with HR and other responsible departments.
