Rocket Lab is seeking a Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead our corporate accounting operations at the Long Beach HQ. You will own month-end close, drive SEC readiness, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Tax to scale processes and provide actionable reporting.

The role requires a CPA and 8+ years in accounting, with strong US GAAP skills and ERP experience. You will mentor a growing team and help optimize workflows across procure-to-pay, fixed assets, leases, and treasury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Deep proficiency in US GAAP with ability to translate principles into operations.
• CPA license (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end month-end close for corporate accounting processes.
• Drive audit readiness and SEC reporting timelines.
• Scale ERP systems enhancements and internal reporting.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
